In order to be qualified for installation you must be able to provide:- MySQL User, Password and Host information
- FTP User, Password and Host information
If you are unfamiliar with your MySQL information you might need to provide us with your hosting account log in details so that we may take care of this for you.
The installation service may take up to 48 hours to complete. If you are unsatisfied with your service or if the installation process was not able to complete in a functional way, your payment will be refunded.
